So how do we hold ourselves in the midst of big change? How do we anchor ourselves to our path and ourselves?

The Deepening program is the container for all of those things. It is a space for women to say YES to the deeper longings inside, and connect to that knowing that there is so much more inside us to be expressed, experienced and realised. As women we have never had the context to fully actualise our potential, so there really has been no road map. Most of us can't even imagine the scale of what is possible for us, let alone bring it to life.
But what if there was a space that could hold all of this potential, reflect it back and amplify it into being?
What if there was a space that could anchor us through the storm of change and keep us grounded and true to ourselves?
What if we could be brilliant and imperfect at the same time ?

The Future depends on us
I really believe it. It's the women who will change the world. I believe that awakening and igniting our potential, catalysing our natural, unique gifts into the world and letting love be our guide, is truly the antedote to the madness we are seeing around us. From war, to starvation, to economic collapse, to unchecked egoic leaders, and just plain self-centred living, humans have lost their way... As a collective we have lost sight of love.
But we can return to it, anytime. All the mystics, teachers, spiritual guides speak to this. LOVE is always available, but we have to choose and allow it. Our Wholehearted community is all about choosing LOVE. Living from love, and being in the flow of love.
It's not easy - we have so much conditioning that blocks the flow of love - pain, trauma, disconnection. But as a community, collective,we can turn back. And as women, we are being called as leaders, to rise up with love and bring us home.
For women, there is a need for a collective.. a chorus, and tribe to create the momentum needed.
And at the end of the day, if not for us, let's do it for our children.
How do we Deepen?
Deep Stream
Each Thursday night at 8pm - for 3 months - Ill be on the zoom live and we will delve in.
There will be journal prompts for you to keep exploring and discovering between sessions. I would also HIGHLY recommend joining the To Be Magnetic Membership (more of this below) to support the process of unlocking, expanding and integrating throughout the program.
If you miss the live sessions there will be recordings so you can keep up in your own time.
I will try to keep the sessions to an hour and a half max.
Sunday Sessions
I will offer some Sunday healing sessions throughout the program - minimum of 3 - to support the integration of what we are are expanding into, unlocking, and releasing. This will be a combination of healing methods including breathwork, sound baths and biofield healing. They will be facilitated mostly by other practitioners.

WEEK 1-3
UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL
For too long, women have been conditioned to shrink, to doubt, and to undervalue themselves. Society has told us to play small, to prioritize others over ourselves, and to question our worth. In the DEEPENING you’ll break free from these constraints. You’ll explore, discover, and unlock the qualities, capacities, and potentials that have always been inside you—waiting to be seen, valued, and expressed. This is your time to reclaim your power and expand into the fullness of who you are.
WEEK 4-6
BREAKTHROUH LIMITING STORIES
Our lives are shaped by stories—stories passed down through generations, stories ingrained by culture, and stories we’ve told ourselves about what we’re allowed to be, think, and have. These stories have kept us trapped in cycles of lack, scarcity, and self-doubt. In the DEEPENING, you’ll identify and release these deep, often invisible patterns. You’ll rewrite the narratives that have held you back, replacing them with ones rooted in abundance, possibility, and self-worth.
WEEK 7-9
RECLAIM NATURAL JOY AND PLEASURE
Women have been taught to sacrifice their joy and pleasure for the sake of others, to put themselves last, and to feel guilty for wanting more. This conditioning has left many of us feeling disconnected from our own sense of aliveness. In the DEEPENING, you’ll disrupt these old patterns of shame and lack. You’ll reconnect with your innate joy and learn to embrace the true, natural pleasure that is always available to you. Embodying a sense of joy and pleasure is energising and nourishing, and provides the fuel for us to take inspired action with ease.
WEEK 10-12
CATALYSE YOUR DREAMS AND DESIRES
Through the support of accountability pods, you’ll take aligned, intentional steps toward your deeper longings. Your group will reflect your brilliance and hold your potential as you step into the life you truly desire. You will cultivate a strong connection to your intuitive voice, allowing it to guide your actions. You will recognise "tests" and develop the tools to respond to them to move forward. As we connect with our intution, we begin to co-creating with the greater field of divine intelligence that is guiding us and organising around our success. You will be amazed by the synchronicites that begin to show up for you that reflect and validate your intentions. Step by step you will feel yourself fully living into the life you have desired.

My Wholehearted Journey
As you would know, if you've worked with me, or know me personally, I've been on the path for many years to find inner contentment, fulfill my potential and create a life I truly love. Last year was a significant milestone in this journey... I transformed so much of the internal landscape of who I am, and can see it rippling into my external world now. I didn't do this alone. I connected with communities, programs and tools to support me. This year feels like the time to really go "all in".. to really create and launch and really live into life and serve in a much BIGGER way. Women around the world are awakening to and igniting their potential, and the world is changing. I can't think of more purposeful work to be doing in the world than igniting and catalysing my own potential and supporting and empowering women and girls around me to do the same. So join me as I share all I've got and connect with other's who can teach us more. We have so many tools, resources and insights that really do work to open our hearts, and go "ALL IN" on the life we are destined to live.

To Be Magnetic is a super-charged, super cool community and program that provides a brilliant platfrom for real deal manifestation. Aside from being practical, tangible and very likeable gals, Lacey and Jess have created a whole library of self-hyponsis meditations called Deep Imaginings that you can access anytime - for whatever is happening in your daily life. Spritual guidance, energetic healing ON TAP. Seriously, this is a game changer. When you are in thick of something, got an inspiration hit, or feeling the need for expansion and action, you can tune in and get the little push you need to move in the right direction. I can't tell you how many times I have turned to a DI and got the outcomeI needed.
And being busy in life, as we all are... these little 15 -26 min DI's are literally little life gems.
